Watch his left foot, he's angling it downwards for some reason and as he's leaning it over it touches the ground. It looks like he panicked when that happened and tried to sit the bike up. Same effect as using the front brake mid corner.

Did he perhaps hold the clutch in then let it out, maybe causing the back to lock. Either way, sitting up and giving up on getting round the bend wasnt the best choice! Shocked

I think maybe he changed down an extra gear at the last minute, let the clutch out, back locks slightly?
Target fixation means he sees the wall... he hits the wall. Laughing
He could so easily made that corner if he's just looked around it! Shocked

Im sure it was something to do with letting the clutch out having gone down one or two gears, that caused the back end to kick like that.

Then just panicking, not having foot on the peg, and target fixation caused him to hit the wall.

Just a thought but perhaps he was trying to blip the throttle when he let the clutch out, causing the kick?

The more I watch it the more I'm convinced the slow riding crazy bastard is trying to back it in. Would have laughed even more if he went over the bridge wall!
