I got my Vehicle Licence Application / SORN Declaration (V11) form today for a new tax disc, was reading through it then noticed on the form it said...

Make: PIAGGIO
Engine Capacity: 49CC

Tax Class: BICYCLE

I never knew a moped carried features like a bicycle, it has a motor!

Incidently it was £15.

Thats strange, my 49cc MT50 tax book always said moped.

My Blade says Bicycle too. What do you mean Occiffer? the tax disc says bicycle and that's legally binding.
