Persecution seems to be the default position if you are a foreigner. Mainly because it entitles you to all sorts of wonderful
treatment the rest of us can only dream of, rather than being born from any tangible persecution happening anywhere
in this secular free country. Quite the opposite in fact, the rest of us are expected to prostrate ourselves at the very
mention of the word foreign. These perks would seem to extend to very generous judicial leniency as the decidedly
unfit for purpose 'Doctor' Pathan can certainly concur. He should have been struck off, instantly. I suspect if he had
been a Dr Smith/Johnson/Douglas or similar the outcome would have been very different, although to be fair they may
have taken some actual interest in a foreign patient in the first place, white or otherwise. Because keeping their jobs
depends on pandering to entitled minorities a whole lot more than someone named Mohammed Pathan will ever have to.
