Today, no problems at all.

Now I can finally sling my leg over the DT and see if it actually works Smile

Well, it didn't get off to too great a start.

Took me over an hour to get the DT started. Rolling Eyes Hadn't been started for over ten days and, being new to me, I had to figure out it's starting quirks.

Plug out, clean up, spin over, aha...short bursts on the starter gives a decent spark, ok.

Battery flat, throw on charge, sub in a 100Ah leisure battery, gap plug for good measure, short bursts.....success.

Replace battery, button it all up, ready to roll.

Wifey comes out to see me off.....twist, rev, bog...bugger.

Oh wait, turn the petrol back on...D'oh.

Restart, rev up, all ok, slap it in gear and head off round the block to get a bit of a feel for it.

All ok, head out onto the main road, up and down a bit, get up to 60 ok, head home.

Happy bunny.

Roll on the weekend Twisted Evil
