Delkevic 450mm Oval Stainless Steel Silencer to fit FZS600 FAZER (1997-2003) KIT0604 - the reasons I've got this one:

I like it, its shiny. Cheap £119. Comes as a compltely full kit: the oval can, link pipe, all brakets, inside seal on the link pipe, even red tube with red silicone. Quality kit.

450mm keeps the sound low hence I keep the baffle in too. Happy neighbours - probably Very Happy and bonus no headache for me too Laughing

INB4 if you want low deep rumble sound get V twin bike. IL4s are for screaming...

when I looked into them a little while ago the Black Widow stuff was not E marked/legal for road use. Could cause a problem with a picky MOT tester.

Doesn't sound much different from stock i.e a sewing machine.

Agree, but in fact I like the stock one sound. The only reason I have changed it, my stock one was in sorry state after spill and the link pipe with the seal was focced too. Delkevic was the cheapest full kit that fits my requirements...

Delkevics sound good. They arent as loud as some chav pipes. They are respectable. I have the whole kit on my cb1000

I fitted a Delkevic stainless steel downpipe and 350mm oval exhaust to my ER6 after the stock downpipe rusted apart for the second time, the stock exhaust was fine, but any excuse Wink

I found my Delkevic exhaust to be far too loud, so loud that I'd get auditory fatigue and ringing ears, even with ear plugs in. I really liked the sound it made though.

Not wanting accelerated permanent hearing loss, I ended up fitting a different baffle, nearly perfect volume-wise but makes the bike sound a little raspy.

Top: Delkevic baffle. Bottom: Currently fitted, no-name one I picked off ebay for £15.
