Hi all, the RPM counter on my cb125tdc will only read as low as 1000(even with the engine off). I originally thought this was a zero error but I couldn't find any dirt etc in the cable and when the cable is disconnected it still remained at 1000RPM. So I was wondering if it was in fact always over reading by 1000 or is this just a design feature of the cb125?

is there a pin in the meter holding it up. Is that the lowest it can record?
