33bhp License

Bit of a story with a couple of questions really. Here goes.

I friend of mine is working over in Hong Kong at the moment and has come over here to pass her bike test, which she has done. When she goes back to HK in a week or so's time she wants to buy a bike. She did the 33bhp test which would obviously restrict her over here but will it over there? Can she ride a bike over there on her UK restricted license?

Any one have any ideas?

She has a FULL UK bike licence.
The restriction is simply a code on the licence, placed on it due to her age.
as far as officials, and other countries are concernd it is a full licence.
The only way it would be restricted would be if her age/expirence would result in some restriction in hong kong.

eg.
she is 19, so is restricted to 33bhp in the uk

in HK unless you are over 20 you are restricted to 42bhp

she would be restricted to 42bhp etc

provided HK has no restrictions then neither will she

She's late 20's I think, maybe even early 30's.
