I'm having a nightmare with my headlights, I keep getting condensation so bad that when I let it build up I can literally pour water out of them!

The most annoying part is the unit is fully sealed! Iv checked over it many times!

Iv tried silica gel packs they didn't work.

Iv also tried drilling a small hole underneath the headlight unit to let them air out and drain but that just made it worst!

Can someone help me before I take a hammer to the bloody things lol Evil or Very Mad

When the headlights are on it should evaporate the water inside the light. Hot air rises and cold air sinks, so you need a hole at the top of the headlight which will allow the damp air to escape. The hole you have in the bottom will allow fresh air to be pulled in.

What fitting bulbs? Unless it's a twist in job with a rubber gasket like a HB3 then heat cycling headlights will pull in air as they cool down. If they do have a bulb that seals in you could try a very tiny smear of red rubber grease or high temperature sillicone grease on the rubber. Dont get it on the glass bulb. You need to get them dried out inside before resealing though.

H7 bulbs with two caps that have o-rings, iv changed the o-rings aswell!

It's strange because when I wash the bike no water gets in the headlights but only condensation seeps in because of the cold weather here in the uk!
