I wrote a while ago about an odd vibration on my cg125 (2005). I never did find out what was causing it but it seems to have fixed itself.

Sadly I dropped the bike (not a straight drop, but a slow "oh-dear-I-seem-to-be-falling" kind of way when I tripped myself up on the footpeg (long day).

Lo' and behold a new rattle has started, of a different nature (or maybe its the old one with new harmonics). I can't hear it at high speeds (though it may be there) but its only really noticeable at low speed on steep hills (ie when the bike is vibrating a lot) and it sounds much more "rattly" than the last one which was more "vibey" if you get my meaning?

Checked all the fasteners (found a loose license plate nut and the bash guard was loose and a broken one in the bit of metal that holds the brake line) but no luck.

Any suggestions about what I should look for?
