Anyone used these guys, are they reliable?

I need a new rear shock, their price is good, and they actually list the models properly unlike some, so seems good. It's still £300 though so a little bit of knowledge on their service would make the purchase a little more comfortable.

Yes, a good service when I ordered an undertray from him years ago, through the Hornet's Nest forum when I had a Hornet.

As above he's a member of the Hornet's Nest [The guy who runs it] Bought from him directly, never had an issue.
