Once I've got my bike sorted I want to get the fuelling set up correctly.

How does it work these days?

Haven't owned a carbed bike for a while, so wondering if I just take it to a mechanic with a dyno can I leave them to set it up. Or do they just do the runs and expect me to take the bike apart between every run and pull the carbs out and re-jet using jets I brought with me?

A good dyno centre will have needles and jets and you pay for the operators knowledge in making changes. What sort of dyno place would expect you to bring a random selection of jets which probably are not suitable anyway?

No idea. I just want to take my bike, leave it with them for a few hours whilst I chill out/read a book et.. and then come away with a well running bike.

Yup, that's what should happen.
