Even with my duel headlight + dual strip LED's down the forks, I still got a guy getting out of his car saying SMIDSY as I pulled myself up.

I had that (the sorry, didn't see you) only I had 3 different red rear lights, 2 flashing and a laser. 2 really bright front lights, a noisy 2 stroke engine AND they were on the wrong side of the road (so they did see me).

Didn't say anything to them, was too pissed off with the bitch, happy I was alive as I didn't see it coming as they overtook/swiped me at 50 despite me being on the double white lines with my arm out for 5 seconds with plenty of room to undertake slowly. I rode off. pretty sure it cracked my shoulder or arm as it hurt a little for 7 weeks or so after. I didn't stay around as what could I do, what was the point? 80cc pushbike not most legal thing either.

How fast were you going when the impact occurred?

Looks to me like you're sponsored by DFS, Npower and Pringles at present. You might want to look to sponsorship from Castrol, Specsavers and Muc-off.

Yeah, I don't pedal much. Laughing Hence the lack of chain maintenance. Normally do ~1.5 miles a day off road so everything gets nice and muddy during the winter time.

I was doing maybe 35kph on a slight downhill slope. I did brake before impact though so was a good chunk less than that.

Yeah got some cash off him. Technically I suppose I could have called the police but it wasn't worth the hassle.

I got SMIDSYd last year, woman turned into the road I was crossing without indicating or looking. And this was with my 2000 lumen front light on flashing mode. She said she didn't see me.
I claimed off her insurance, and thanks to a witness they paid out for my bike Smile
I still ride that route, and the number of people who don't indicate when turning into the side roads is unbelievable. I shouted at a woman yesterday after I had to do an emergency stop in the middle of the road. I always check for indicators and there were none flashing, so I crossed.
