Hi folks.
i have a honda ne50 (vision) and ive just bought a 50cc italjet formula
Expansio chamber with stinger silencer.
This is a slightly different configuration to the standard ne50 exhaust
So I've aquired a spare headerpipe to modify.
no bbk is fitted so not sure up jetting is required.
I know this is a gamble due to different port dimensions and spec but assuming
This does work out ok are there any other critical mods needed to the engine
To ensure the engine runs as it should.
Many thanks in advance. [/img]

you'll just have to suck it and see im afraid,
i'd say if anything it'll need richer jets or needles, but it may not,

sorry not really any help,

Thanks for the reply
ok as standard the ne50 is fitted with a 0.80 jet.
It's alreadybeen fitted with a 0.82 jet so thats sorted.
After welding an extra 6" of original header onto the new pipe its sounding good.
A lot more bottom end pickup and slight increase in top speed.
not getting that buzz where a normal powerband comes in so i guess
Due to length increase the resonance is a lot lower than modern high revving engines.
will do a plug chop in the next few days to see mixture signs.
