I was driving my bike the other day, all was good. I got to my destination and switched it off.... When I returned and turned on the ignition, everything goes dead. when I turn the ignition to "off", the time-clock starts to display again.. Any hints/suggestions?? Crying or Very sad

Flat battery I reckon. Charge it.

The clock turns off because when you turn the ignition on it is trying to pull too much power to various applications. It comes back on when you turn it off because it has enough for the minimal draw required for the dash clock.
