Remember the refuse driver who killed 6 people when he blacked out driving in Glasgow who refused to apologise?

Looks like he is, actually, a complete and utter cunt.

Looks like he's gonna be properly arse-fucked this time. Aggravating factor being that he killed 6 people last time and so had his licence revoked? That's gonna make him bleed anally.

12 month prison sentence - suspended for two years + a 1 year driving ban, and to be told by the courts, what a naughty boy he was.

Sadly that`s my prediction of what he`ll get.

I'd be amazed if anything except extended custody stops him from driving.

Not sure. Not enough detail in the article. But if I was a betting man, it's possible they have targeted him to get him back in front of a judge to do the right thing this time.

In which case, I don't fancy his chances of getting off this time. Thumbs Up

Pretty sure the agravating features (the 6 dead people from the last time he had a blackout) will mean he'll get the maximum sentence.

Plus he's bound to plead not guilty (no sir, I've never done anything wrong, why the fcuk should I apologise) and so won't get any discount for coughing early.

Not his fault cos post traumatic stress from the bin lorry crash or something like that?

Doesn't matter how long he gets banned for cos the DVLA medical people will be holding onto his license for longer than that anyway. Laughing

I'm not entirely sure, but I suspect that the Sheriff may only be able to take into account actual convictions. Since he's "innocent" of murdering through wicked recklessness, in my opinion those six people that he murdered through wicked recklessness, in my opinion then any suggestion that the sentencing reflects that might give him a shoe-in for the inevitable appeal.

Personally I'd lock him in a room with their families for half an hour and then apply the same standards that led to the decision not to prosecute him. I mean, who can really ever say for sure what happened behind a closed door?

yes, but it is legitimate to say that the agravating feature is that he should know that he shouldn't drive due to the fact he knew what happened during the previous circumstance and what caused it, rather than the previous circumstance itself...
