I agree that one was very borderline but it was nudity.

Conversely, I think the photoshopped beach whale picture, while unpleasant, could hardly be said to be either nudity or pornographic.

In the interests of clarity. The ban on nudity and NSFW content is because the forum is funded through google ad revenue. Their policy is no NSFW images. What qualifies is sometimes a little arguable, however, here's a link to googles policy on the subject.
