Derbi drd 125 overheating quickly

I have a Derbi senda drd 125 and it's been getting very hot I have put in some fresh coolant and it was fine for 5 mins then it started to get hot again the pipes are really hot and expanded think there's a lot of air in there also it started to leak and was bubbling coolant of the engine anyone have any idears thanks

also the fan doesn't come on once it's starting to flash on the dash that's it's over heating I have replaced the fuse under the seat and still the same
