Short term bike insurance?

I am trying to sell a 125.
The insurance expires soon, so I was thinking I could get a one-month insurance policy if I don't manage to sell it before the current insurance expires.

Two questions:

1)Do you know of any insurer offering short term policies?
The only one I found was https://www.thebikeinsurer.co.uk/motorbike-insurance/alternative/pay-as-you-go/ but it's very expensive: third party only at £ 106 for one month, whereas I can get third party only at ca. £ 150 for a whole year.

2) Alternatively, do you know which insurers refund pro rata if I cancel the policy? Many insurers refund little to nothing in case of cancellations. Most terms and conditions online are not clear about it, so if I could narrow down my search based on your experiences, it would be really awesome. Since I expect I'll need the policy for not more than one month, cancellation fees etc are, in fact, more important than the price of the policy itself.

PS So far the best option I have found is Bennets. They are not the cheapest for a 12-month policy, but they charge £32 if cancelling within 14 days, and £ 50 if cancelling after that. Crucially, their terms and conditions explicitly state that, in case of cancellation, the refund (gross of these fees) is pro rata.
