Running XP pro SP2, Firefox 0.9.2 to browse.
If you click to rate a post then click the 'ratings guide' link within the popup box it takes you to the ratings page, when you pageback it seems to automatically issue a nonspecified negative to whatever you were doing. Both times in question I was issuing positive karma, both times resulted in negative being given.
