Hang on...

Yes, you shouldn't be able to feel any resistance. Hopefully it is just the brake binding slightly rather than the bearing failing.
You're going to want to have a look at the brake. Get it on the centre stand, ideally on a piece of wood to get the front wheel off the ground, and turn it to feel for where it's sticking. Check that both the disc and caliper are bolted on securely. If you've got tools handy, get the calliper off (it's just two bolts and then it will wiggle off the disc) and have a look at the pistons to see if they need cleaned. You'll be amazed how quickly your brakes can get covered in crud. Check that the pistons push smoothly back into the calliper and pump out again smoothly when you pull the lever.
Or, sack all that off and get it back to the dealer. The warranty can be a bit hit or miss, but you shouldn't be having trouble after 2 weeks.
If you put your location in your profile then some kindly local might even be minded to take a look. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

Update:
I've fixed the problem , after work today I checked out the bike and upon further examination I found it was a loose bolt on the brake disc which needed to be tightened , couldn't see anything in the dark last night , thanks for the help guys! |

True dat. Another stunning success for dealer PDI.
You will want to invest in a bottle of Loctite and some assorted spring washers and then check over every bolt. This is my serious face.
While you're at it, have a look at the side stand cut-off switch. It's a plunger switch down by the side stand. Follow the wiring. Is there still a connector block placed right under the engine? If so, deal with it sooner rather than later by packing it with (e.g.) dielectric grease or vaseline and/or sealing it comprehensively with self-amalgamating tape. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
