I'm really struggling with this one. I'll be getting rid of my XR125 in a couple of months & I want to make sure it passes its MOT first.

Currently it's got some LED indicators after I accidentally broke the old bulb ones & didn't have a spare. The problem is they flash way too fast & I've been advised it will fail the MOT.

Anyone able to suggest replacements? I usually get parts from WeMoto but they don't seem to offer any, unless I just get the bulbs they offer and a 3rd party indicator they do?

Yeah you need higher wattage indicators (21w I think?), I've noticed those cheap eBay bullet ones sometimes come with the wrong bulbs than what's advertised as I was caught out by this, make sure they're definitely 21w.

Replace the indicator relay with a load independent electronic one. Thumbs Up

When the LED indicators were added we got a relay for the bike. (I can't remember the details correctly, it was 9 months ago), but we couldn't find a relay that would fit. Everything suggested had two pins, but the one on the bike already has 3.

What about these? Could I add one to each indicator: https://www.wemoto.com/parts/picture/vm-9514/

In fact, I'm really confused with the relay.

We moto shows it as this product: https://www.wemoto.com/bikes/honda/xr_125_l6/06/picture/flasher_relay/

Everywhere else shows these:

Oh cool. That makes things easier (and cheaper). So I'm guessing I just disconnect the indicators and fit these inline on each one.

Yeah, it's a dead simple fit, you would struggle to go wrong.

Perfect, before I go ahead and order. These are in 2 packs and would be cheaper, I'm guessing they do the same thing?

They seem to be what you need, but double check the values are suitable.

Using normal bulbs, the xr125 should take 12V 16W Bulb on each indicator. (According to wemoto)

They will slow the flashing down, if not enough, then get others Smile

But yeah, they seem fine.
