I use a 400 now, came from a rider2 . The rider was so much easier to use but that might just be because I was used to it?
Main problem I have with the 400 is transferring routes from Tyre to the unit, I have now sucom to putting them onto a memory card and loading them as they won't transfer via USB.
Also buttons on screen are hard to use with gloved hands but as an overall with the different route options along with free updates for life it's a good satnav. Connects through your phone to update live traffic info to.
