Just rebuilt my forks. One dust seal keeps lifting up. Ive relubed the stancion and cleaned out the lower leg where the dust seal sits.

Other than glueing it in, what could be the cause. crap seal? air pressure from the lower leg? something else annoying?

The cause is the dust seal being a poor fit coupled with normal fork movement.
