Hi! I've owned MX for couple of months, but havn't understood some things. Like if my bike is Full Power edition (25kw's or 33hp) from factory, can I still do the CDI mod to restrict it even more? Because if it would be dine from factory, then it couldn't pass the emissio tests or smth. Also, has removing the CAT from exhaust any effect or does it even has CAT?
Sorry for my bad english.
Best ridings! Razz

Hi

The cdi mod is to remove a massive flat spot between 4750rpm and 6000rpm. It has zero effect outside that rev range.

I suspect the flat spot is there to help it get through some homologation tests (eg, big flat spot at half peak power stops the bike accelerating possibly making the noise test far easier).

All the best

Katy
