well where do I start I am new to here and I thought I should write something in to say well done on the forums they are full of all sorts of useful information on riding tecniques and stunting tips I have learned heaps Clapping I live in Western Australia and here there is stuff all track time we can learn our tecniques on in ride days and such. It's not like the U.K. with ride days nearly every day of the year here we get maybe 1 or 2 days a year if we are lucky thats enough to drive me mad Evil or Very Mad so I am left with roundabouts to practice my right handers on and pretty much just leave the lefty's to luck Shocked oh one more thing the U.K. mag Performance Bikes absolutely rocks heaps better than Aussie crap! POMMS ROCK!

Question: when was the last time it rained where you live?

Its winter in Aus, and you guys get less rain all winter than we do in a single day in the middle of summer.
Most of us would gladly trade in our bike mags for a few months of weather like yours Razz

the last time it rained here was yesterday the 17th of August and I got my shiny ZX-6R all dirty because of it! and I would still prefer the U.K. to ride around the tracks because you would only need 3 sunny days to have more track time than a whole year living in Western Australia I would choose the U.K any day Mr. Green

yeah I also got stuck in the rain too! and after seeing the wet weather video on the pirelli diablo website I thought hmm maybe these michelin pilot sport tyres are almost as good? as to my sudden pants filling slide soon proved they really are not, but more than likely it is my way I tend to over do it on the exit of that off camber roundabout I swear my right leg shot out quicker than mike tysons left jab! resulting in a crippiling cramp in my hip! hehe Rolling Eyes so the bike is in the garage waiting till this Saturday when I will take it to the new performance shop in my home town to see how much power and torque it is putting out and to see if that new Micron scorched Titanium slip on was worth $1000 Australian I will let you all know the results Dance!

I tried to find fast bikes but no luck I found super streetbike, superbikes, sport rider, and performance streetbikes Just another reason for me to move over there haha Whistle hey another thing I see you have in the U.K. is yhe wheelie schools! they look awesome I am real keen to learn how to wheelie the right way but I turn to water as soon a the front wheel lifts Shocked .....and I also seen a device a guy in the USA built it is an old dyno machine that has a locking device that slots straight through the rear axle allowing the front wheel to lift off the small trampoline at the front of the dyno, the dyno has a restriction cable the attaches to the bike at the front somewhere incase you were to go too hard I reckon that sounds like a awesome idea for us "L plate warriors" heh heh plus any one with any other tips feel free to inform me with your great wisdom cheers MOIT! Thumbs Up
