Mirror stalks

I've removed the standard mirrors as one was damaged and I also couldn't get on with the view point I had, didn't find them very adjustable. I've added bar end mirrors, which are great, but I've still got the base of the stalk from the old mirrors.

They're part of the assembly for the levers, anyone got any ideas on small caps to fit to the screw heads? short of replacing the whole assemblies not sure what to do.

Drop a short bolt into them, spray black with plasticote for visual pleasingness.
