Forgive me if this in error, or in wrong section.. but I believe that I that Alex Kemsley (username Tungtvann https://www.bikechatforums.com/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=83226) was killed in a RTA yesterday (4th June 2015).

I have put this in General Bike Chat as I believe he may have been on his bike - I am unsure of exact details but just from his Facebook people are leaving RIP messages.

Confused

If this is indeed an error (and I hope it is)... but otherwise RIP Alex. You will be drinking your daiquiries in heaven Karma

Very sad news indeed, and equally shocking. I was reading his post yesterday about making a brave new move somewhere - possibly abroad, and wondering what was prompting it, and how he implied that all was not well w/ his forces career.

Is there anyone on BCF who's still an active Army member that has friends in the signals corp? They could probably find out more, since there's info on ICAREC according to the stuff coming up on his FB.

He did have a black FZ6 right?

From reading the links i hope he passed away on impact snd didnt have to endure any pain in the middle of night. Strange noone raised an alarm but he was a bit of a lone wolf?

Welp, shit. Just read those links of Ste's; it's around the correct region, and he did ride a black Fazer.

I'd met him a couple of times, and he was a thoroughly decent bloke. He'd made noises about possibly going to the BBQ this year, and I was looking forward to catching up with him there.
