Slicks

Best place to buy track day slicks from? Ive checked ebay not a great deal of tyres on there want scrubs really because but dont owe me much so dont wanna spend a great deal on tyres, its currently got pirelli diablo's on wich are fine but i would like to try a slick tyre to feel if there any difference in them ?

I just typed 'slick tyres' into 'motorcycle wheels and tyres' section on ebay and found thousands. Scrubs and new.

Not really sure why you wouldn't find any.

Weird size wanted perhaps?

As well as ebay, try www.motoforum.net - lots of racers on there.
There's also a good few facebook groups for racing/trackday parts.

Cheers lads. I didnt even type tyre size just typed the basic like motorcycle slick tyres , track tyres etc didnt go into too much detail and only one set came up

Not a huge difference between Pirelli slicks and supercorsas sc same compounds just more life out slicks, which you want to be able to keep heat in. Easier to get hold of supercorsas as well off racers I'd say and will easily take you top end of fast group
