Hi, thank you. I have the rs in bits in the garage. Took out the p.v blade, slid out lovely. As bike is second hand i am wanting to check the blade is the correct way up. At mo the chamferred edge is facing down

Sounds like it is the right way up. It should be like this:-

Cheers keith. Put back as was, rides well now. I am gonna lower the needle and try clear up the mid range tommorrow, will plug chop and test. thanx a lot
