Details: this is a brand new 49.5 cc gas scooter made by https://www.BaronMotorcycles.com. Scooter has a 4 stroke motor, so you never have to mix oil and gas and there's no smoke like its 2 stroke counterparts. Scooters come with aluminum wheels and hydraulic disc brakes. These bikes are very smooth and a blast to ride! Perfect for short runs to the store or recreational riding around lakes. Scooters feature both an electric and a manual kick start in case the battery goes dead. Battery is recharged while scooter is running. Scooters are street legal, DOT approved. With this scooter you get a Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin that can be converted into vehicle title in most states. Please check with your local authorities if these are legal in your state.

This scooter is shipped in the original manufacturer's shipping box by truck. Light assembly is required. Front wheel, handle bars and front plastic need to be installed for the scooter to be road ready. This should take about 2 hours to complete.

I was told that 2 stroke's aren't aloud in certain countys due to emissions and all that.
