Quick SD&P insurance question

I'm planning a short trip to outer London and I was wondering whether there is usually a time period where SD&P insurance is not valid, i.e. during peak hours? My insurance is SD&P excluding commuting, but as I am not commuting but going to visit a sick family member, would my insurance be invalid if I leave lets say 6am and arrive at my destination at 8am?

Unless you have any restrictions on time you can use the bike explicitly in the policy wording (unlikely) then you're fine.
