 |
|
Hello,
I looked about but not sure where too post? I am practicing for my theory, But I cant find much about the motorbike parts in the highway code? I know they are probably easy but I want to practice it all loads.
One more thing, On the hazard perception part is it any different to the car one?
Thanks. |

Try this.

Managed to find a practice test online. keep practicing and I'm sure they will give you the answers at the end. Best way to learn is by doing after all.
Hazard perception test is the same for cars and bikes. Just the theory test questions are different. ____________________ illuminateTHEmind wrote: I am just more evolved than most of you guys... this allows me to pick of things quickly which would have normally taken the common man years to master

To be honest, there are very few motorcycle specific questions in the theory test - it's farcical that we have to sit difference tests for bikes and cars. You can probably blag it without any bike specific knowledge.
That said, any L training DVD from a supermarket should have a bike test practice section, and the sample hazard clips are very helpful. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

The ones I am finding tricky are ones like, Wheel alingment or however you spell it. And when stopping in rain what brake do you apply first.
I dont have a clue |

The hazard perception test has very few white vans, Nissan Micra's, and surprise Volvo u-turns. Bike hazards everyone.
Imagine a hazard perception clip based on 5 mins of filtering through a city centre. |

There's little to nothing about bikes in the HWC. So I'm using the official DSA biker pack to revise my theory. It has the mock multiple choice questions. a revision bank and a 'bonus' disc which has hazard clips and reviewing.
It doesn't have HP practise (which is minorly annoying) but it's rather good in that it explains WHY something is a hazard and how you can interprete similar events further on down the road.
Cost me about £8 off Amazon ____________________ 'Just erotic. Nothing kinky. It's the difference between using a feather and using a chicken.'

Do you have an iPad/iPhone? I downloaded:
Motorcycle Theory Test & Hazard Perception Test apps by Eknath Kadam. The theory test app has sections for motorcycle q's and you can do mock tests.
I passed mine on Tuesday with a score of 50/50 and 60/75 so deffo worked for me |
