The VStrom has been laid up since the end of October last year. Check the fluids etc, fired up the first time of asking, glorious day so away I went Smile

Even better, I emigrated out here 6 years ago and now live about 1 hr from the north Toll Booths Very Happy

Nice pics. I remember going there as a kid and there were a huge number of bikes going up and down the mountain. We had to stop half way down (in the car) to let the brakes cool off for a bit!

There is always the smell of cooked brakes in the air as you near the bottom either end. At first you may think it is yours but the air can be thick with it Very Happy
