When its a hot day and I first get on the bike and lift from sidestand to upright the petrol cap hisses for a little while.

Is this a normal expansion/realase of air or should I look at replacing seals?

My ER6F whistles through the cap on temperature changes. Kawasakis seem especially prone to this apparently.

My GPZ500S whistled too. Presumably Kawasaki tune them for it. Wink
