Looks like your RBP is yet another rebranding of the Skyjet SJ125-twenty-something, so yes, I reckon that's a CG125 copy-engine, complete with kick starter and pushrods.

First thing I'd check is that the gear shift linkage is securely clamped on to the selector shaft. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

There's a generic Haynes covering Chinese 125s. Since they're nearly all packing variants on the same Honda and Suzuki copy-lumps, it should help.
