My mate rides a Blade (same as Apache just different wheels) offroad and it does well. Check warranty terms too as when my mate took his in for work they looked horrified at him that he had taken it offroad! Despite it being what it was made for! They did honour the warranty though
For the money of a new Apache you could get something like a tidy XR125 which are decent bikes, although they're not the biggest of bikes and you said in another thread you're a big guy. You could pick up a Varadero for the same money, they're physically big for a 125 and will handle some off road. When I tried one though the rear suspension was quite soft and the bike squatted a bit, I think I was 14 stone at the time. It can be sorted of course but something to bear in mind. Try before you buy is the name of the game ____________________ I want your clothes, your boots and your motorcycle.
