So.
Last month, on a Sunday, I took the old car to get a wash and valet, before taking it home to put on eBay, I stopped off to grab some shopping for 15mins. Parked it in a private (and entirely empty) parking area. Got a ticket.
The day after, some guy buys my car, all is fine. I let him take the v5 to post it himself. (I know this was a bit silly, but I'm sure a few of us have done it)
Forward a few weeks, no notification of change of keeper from DVLA, so I contacted them, told them I sent it the V5 but no notification. They've asked me to post a letter telling them the date and sale of transfer. I've told them I don't have the new keepers details as they were on the v5. This doesn't appear to be a problem (I'm sure it will be for whoever owns the truck now) I messaged them on eBay, telling them to send me their details asap, or I will be letting the DVLA sort it out.
Anyway...as they've mucked me around, and I didn't pay my parking charge...i can tell the Dvla transfer happened same day as ticket issued...then tell parking Nazi's I sold it, and get new details from DVLA?
This is probably a terrible idea, but I'm bored and hate everyone involved, so would like to be a bit annoying! ____________________ Currently Riding - 2002 Aprilia RSV1000 Mille |

Since he's "forgotten" to take responsibility for the vehicle, I'd have no hesitation in "misrecollecting" the date of sale. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
