I miss this music channel, it was my favourite music channel on Sky, all of the "rock" music channels are the same now, MTV2, Kerrang and Scuzz, they all seem to play more alternative or older classic rock, e.g Maiden, especially the latter channel. Now don't get me wrong I like these bands, but I have heard the same songs over and over it is getting ridiculous.

P-Rock, seems to show a lot of different rock, namely punk, I don't see much anymore, apart from the odd Pistols here and there. I remember P-Rock well as being the first Music channel to air "NOFX - Franco Unamerican". I loved the channel and so did most of my mates, it suddenly vanished into thin air last year didn't it? I miss it very much. Smile

Music channels are good to fill the adverts on other channels... as long as they don't have their adverts on at the same time Rolling Eyes I go round some people's houses and they're on constantly, and becomes very repetitive.

I think P-Rock was started by a group of amateurs, and then bought out. It went off for a bit last year and came back on... one can only assume it wasn't financially viable to the company who bought it Sad

I also remember P-Rock. It was the best channel on Sky. Thumbs Up

I remember it was on air for a few month, then it went back down, then it was back on for a short while. Confused

I would always check their web site and it said that it went down due to financial difficulties, seing as they were only a group of people who love punk music who actually ran it.

Still, just get on www.launch.com and you'll find almost every music video in the world. Razz
