Following on from the pregnancy thread........


Recently a young lad (11yr old, I think) was killed after being involved in an accident where he was pillion on the back of a bike. aparently he was wearing an adult helmet stuffed with newspaper to make it fit!

His parents are understandably upset and have asked for a law to be made to ban children from riding pillion, and for this matter to be brought up at the House of Commons.

What do you all think?

If you were thinking more about baby seats on bikes then it might be worth tagging onto the end of the thread (not sure what the etiquette is in restarting an old thread though Thinking).
