Mod1 Course Cost.

Just wondering what kind of range i'm looking at for the MOD1 course including the test. What have you ladies and gents been forking out?

can't remember - but circa £100 per session (1/2 a day??), and then between 5 and 10 of those.

my lessons were always £100, plus the Mod1 being whatever that was, under £20 iirc

Currently we charge 187.50 per day plus test fee's. Our courses are usually 4 day courses after a CBT.

We do not charge as much as other companies in the area for resits if you fail and the way our courses are structured you have a high chance of passing first time.

Mod1 is out of the way - Mod2 next. Another significant expense.

If I fail (36% chance apparently) and need to retake, do schools generally charge the full Mod2 cost again?

Congrats on the Mod 1, fella.

Don't get too hung up on the failing part of Mod2. If you keep thinking and prepping for failure you'll probably talk yourself into it. I think the young people call this "manifesting".

Just remember, during the 30 minute ride you can rack up 10 minors and, let's be honest, that's a lot of mistakes in 30 minutes.

Just ride safe, remember the training and avoid the "majors".

I hated mod 1, but thoroughly enjoyed mod 2.

the cost will come down to whatever your school charges for the time your using the bike, plus the test cost itself

if your school was one of those fast track courses then it wont be the full amount again
