Quick engine question

Hi all, recently got me rs125. Have pulled the p.v and cleaned, checked plug-medium choc brown, stripped and cleaned carb etc but want to check combustion chamber. Bikes done 3800km now and has a cold compression of 130psi dry, which according to the forum is okay. Is it poss to remove the head without changing gaskets? Is there just an o-ring in there. Please forgive my ignorance on this one.

If you remove the head, you will have to clean the mating surfaces of old gasket and replace it with a new head gasket.
