Labour time wasn't too grim but I didn't have a lot of time to spend on it so end to end was three years. Stripped it right down to bare frame. Engine only needed a bit of tweaking (valve clearances, fitted pods so rejigged carbs. Had no plastics so I was trying to sort out the previous owners idea of a streetfighter, ie chuck away plastics, fit crappy cheap headlamps. Sounded awesome once I'd halved the length of the Scorpion can Laughing

Hey come on play the game, it's fucking 3degrees on a misty December, and your trying to show us pictures of blue sky Cypriot heat with bikes in hiding from the paintwork scorching sun.

I think the Triumph STR has a far greater case to be in the thread than you! Wink

Unfortunately, we're slumming it in the UK at the moment, trying to keep warm like the rest of you, the bike on the other hand is still sunning itself! Mr. Green

Bandit in full 'fuck you' mode. Zero aerodynamics, ability to rinse a Hayabusa to the quarter mile.

Up at the Bulldog 2014, bike would trundle 150 miles to the track, go on to lay a 10.00 1/4, 15 times down the track, take me to Stratford to get some OJ, then trundle back 150 miles down the road to home. Chap on the left is my good friend Slim, would end up being killed not long after this in a freak bike accident in Portugal... He will/is being sorely missed. I'm the twat on the right...

GSX 750-F streetfighter:

I'm also intrigued. Which of the four totally different bikes is not your style?

Sorry, should have been clearer. Whilst they're all different, with the exception of the Street which is in itself modified anyway, the others are the style that I'm not usually keen on, ie mix and match, modified / streetfighter. Generally I don't like that style.

Was going to say.

Factory nakeds are not streetfighters.

Wonderful bike though!

Thread title suggests either could be posted Thumbs Up

....but I do agree, that RSVR is definitely not pretty. Not in a conventional way anyway, although there's definitely something about it. Probably like that crazy looking chick you meet in a rock bar; Unconventional looking with tats and a ring in her nose. Not the usual type you go for, but turns out she ends up being the best ride you've ever had Twisted Evil
