If its a ramp.. should't matter.
You wheel bike up ramps an wheels are held upright the trough or loops. Wheels still support bike, not the frame. Usually desrcibed as a workshop lift.
Padock stands come i variouse forms; go under swng arm or axles, or 'bbts' attached to bke. Work but like a detatcheable centre stand, and again, dont lft frame.
'Swan-neck' front padocks are useful, they slot nto the stering stem, at the front so you can remove frot wheel and service brakes or forks etc.
Hydraulic stands, usually ore for dirt bkes, or cruisers. They do lift from the frame frails under the engine... which relies on bike havig them.. many lightweights dont.... but would be easier to lft physcally onto a mlk crate or similar anyway.. and provided there's ting n the way... like an exhaust or footrests.

If you are tryig to lift Lexmoto.. liklihood it doesn't have any frame rails nder the enge; it has a stressed cradle, with a sigle 'spine' over the engine, engine bolted between a pipe coming down from headstock at the front and plates that attach to the loop that supports swng arm at the rear... a 'lift' type ATV or dirt bke stand would probably be utterly useless for the job.

Pair of paddoc stands, preferably cup type rather than bobbn, so you don't have to ft anything permenantly to bike, and a swan kneck for the front so you can more easily fo front wheel work, are cheap, (ish) easy to work work with and o more jobs o more bikes, find.

Old Thread Alert!

The last post was made 8 years, 307 days ago. Instead of replying here, would creating a new thread be more useful?
