Someone made a logo, which I kind of like.

Problem is, they made it directly into a website, and then cut
and pasted it into a word document by way of screen print, and then cropped it to make a jpg.

So how can I use it ?
How to improve the resolution?
Or sharpen up the picture so its crisper?

Can't you just grab the original off the web?

You could upload the image you have, then do a Google image search on it - you might strike lucky and find a better/original version.

You can't really improve on what's already there, not much anyway. You'll need to get hold of the original, and the appropriate copyrights if you're planning on using it for anything.

Depends on the complexity of it, if it's typographic, it could be replicated easily.

Most logos are quite simple and easily re-made.
