More than that, it's a freaking Illuminati conspiracy, and I fell for it. Sad
This really is Star Wars Evil Emperor cunning at work; net neutrality sounds like a good idea, it stops those greedy corporations from discriminating against smaller websites, right?

First, any ISP who ran a two-tier service would lose out to any competitor that did not, and second - and this is fucking insidious - the plan is to legally reclassify internet services as "utilities" - the same as gas, electric and water. This would mean that anyone wishing to operate a website would have to seek permission and licensing from the State.

I am now 100% against net neutrality, but it's already too late to protest.

ISPs could already run effectively a two-tier service simply by the most common websites (e.g BBC News) being in a cache on the ISP server.
