Sounds like a good job, didn't know something so basic could earn that sort of money, always thought IT support would get about a 3rd of that, 2 thirds with good experience.

Look where you'd be working and the type of person you'll have to put up with. They'll treat you like shit, but give you money. The truth is, the money doesn't compensate enough it's just a case of how long you're prepared to put up with the crap.

In our case you couldn't be more wrong. We're a family owned business not a huge faceless City institution. Very low staff turnover, management treats everyone as professionals and empowers them to do their jobs. If your face fits it's potentially a job for life. I've been with them 23 years.

Cool it wasn't a dig at you. 10 years working in London in IT for a private Swiss bank takes its toll Smile

I could do it with my eyes closed - I'll accept 30k, if I can work from home.

250k a week and I'll work from random locations, one hour a month. You'll need to provide network access, hookers and coke.

How much does it cost to live in London for a year or outskirts? Does 2 year software development Btec count as experience? Laughing I could do with getting a job now I've finished college instead of the gap year I'm having.

Commute in from outside. Fuck living in there, I'd rather spend the 45-50 mins commuting in whilst having monthly outgoings of 600 quid.

Find a 600pcm rental in London, let alone a mortgage. Shocked
