Sorry pal but you're talking out of your butt, My sister usually works on that carnival most years.
All leave is cancelled as the Police EXPECT trouble and are never disappointed. She gets threatened
and occasionally attacked by cultural diversities every frigging week, it's part of the job in London.
Whitey doesn't offer to shank her nearly as often as non whitey, she's based in a secondary school usually.
She confiscates many knives. And not from the handful of white kids there are left in the Greenwich school
she is permanently based at as they need a constant Police presence. Sorry to ruin your rose tinted view.
Perhaps you should talk to people on the front line. They may have a more realistic view.

The West country is still largely unblighted with significant numbers of such undesirables, perhaps that's why such
a huge event (which dwarfs Notting Hill stabfest) passes with barely any incident. Most arrests are
for possession at Glasto, not for going equipped to eviscerate somebody who looks at you wrong.

But hey, thanks for clearing that up. There was me thinking it was because they had a shred or two of decency and
some respect for the law. Maybe just maybe they went there to have a good time, not settle scores in very
busy places where they can vanish into the crowd after giving their victim a quick stab in the thigh.

As you may know, I still live and work in London. I have many Black and Asian friends and colleagues. People who by and large do work, in fact the two most talented electronics engineers I work with are Black and Asian.

There is no genetic/racial reason for people acting like idiots, it's purely cultural. Its a loop that will never be broken if people put the blame on skin is colour.
