Hi passed my A2 licence over 2 years ago so I want to progress to the A licence but I am now 24.
Do I have to retake the theory test again? Or can I just go straight to the mod1/mod2 as I have driven over two years?

+3, you're fine, since you're doing a proper 'progressive' upgrade.

This is one of the few situations where it is is crystal clear: just re-do the practical tests yet again and you're good.
