And while I'll generally opine that we have far too many pointless laws, I'd keep Thou Shalt Not Run In Front Of Planes on the book. It's not just your own worthless existence you're risking there.

A civil suit to land them with the bill might be an idea, although it would likely end up garnishing their benefits at £1 a week. No need to restrict it to the on-site mob though - since BLM are so keen to claim the credit, they can pick up the tab as well.

The urban emissions stuff seems confusing. I would have thought the worst areas to be expensive central areas. I lived in Hammersmith last year and opening the front door was like walking into a tunnel.

Then again, I don't know the poor buggers with gray windows that live next to the North Circular, A40, etc.
