Murder or self defence?

Personally, I'd say the latter.

However, given our wonderful justice system....

Also, there's no chance of myself out running that bloke with the mahoosive knife. So if it came down to him or me, I'd prefer it to be him and given half a chance I'd make it so.

Did the cyclist stop alongside the car, as if he recognised it, at which point the driver attempted to run him over / escape? Or is my laptop just buffering it at that point every time I watch it?

Ah, I hadn't realised that myself. I just thought they either hadn't seen the knife or were really brave/stupid. Laughing

That's pretty much the whole problem in a nutshell right there.

I said to give Javid a chance. He went a bit identity politics when he was given the gig, but that's an example of pacing and leading. I'm one of you, I'm your leader, now let's go in that direction.

Lammy to call him an Uncle Tom in 3... 2...

Yes, I said.

That's the thing about identity politics. It's all about individuals gaining personal power for themselves. When they get too much majority in their minority stealing their compo, they have to divide and conquer again and again to keep themselves at the peak of the privilege pyramid.

Interesting picture of him they've used there - I wonder where they got it from; it seems there's something a bit off with it? What's all that white around the chin area?

I think he's a bit of a kiss-arse, over-eager to please anyone he's talking to regardless, but we'll see.

That's being a politician. I don't like it, but I don't have to.

What he actually does will matter a lot more than the meaningless face sounds that came out of Rudd and May's face holes. Unapologetically sodding off the criminal Windrushers is a good sign.

Oh, and "Theo", the BlackFroglican who was (not actually) buggered with a baton last year? Organised fraudster "allegedly".

Looks like the 5-0 going on lock down with dem drill brahs. Out of order innit.

Black lives mattered so much to these bros that they were taking knives and baseball bats to protect themselves. Their safety should be paramount, surely? /Lammy.

Seriously - just have a read of that article. Some highlights:
The Met asked the judge, Recorder Ann Mulligan, to consider applications for Criminal Behaviour Orders (CBOs) to be handed to the gang to stop them from making any more drill music. A decision on this will be made later.
Ms Mulligan said there was "undeniably real musical talent on display" in the videos and that a "potentially promising music career" lay ahead of the defendants.
Criminologist Dr Anthony Gunter told the BBC: "If you see violence and pain and suffering all around you, because you live in a deprived neighbourhood, you're going to make music that's intense, violent and painful.

"If we want them to make beautiful music - nice, kind music - we've got to invest in these urban communities."

Then maybe you don't live among good boys who dindu nuffin.

And if you propagate it, then you're not a good boy, and you diddu sumfin.

Every Dindu's a bloody victim to these yoghurt knitters. Nobody's ever culpable for their own choices, like a person would be. It's society. Society is bad. Not the people. They're all good. It's just... the society, man. The people are perfect, but we've got to fix their society.

More from Ms Mulligan, the reason they were sentenced (?) and possibly deserving a place in the anti third wave thread?

But she added that much of the content was "menacingly violent" and showed "truly appalling attitudes to women"

If they're proper gangsta, why aren't they being prosecuted for death kill violence? Oh wait, there's no evidence other than their pretend gangsta YouTube vids. With modern surveillance surely they could catch them doing something more than possessing weapons that they're using as props in the vids ?!
I don't know whether I'm more annoyed by the lazy policing or the censorship state we seem to be living in.
